Do we accept insurance?

​Yes, we will accept most insurances. Check with our facility to ensure yours is in the network.  

​

What are our hours?

Monday through Friday 8am-4pm and closed daily for lunch 11:30 -12:30. 

​

​Do you draw labs in house?

​We do not.  Lab orders are sent electronically to Lab Corp.  You can call any Lab Corp location to schedule your appointment to have them drawn. 

​

Do I need to fast for my labs?

Yes, we do recommend you are fasting for at least 10-12 hours before your lab draw.  Please hold your supplements 24 hours prior to your lab draw.   

​

When will I get my lab results?

Lab results take 1-2 weeks to come in.  Please be sure to schedule a follow up with our Practitioner's to review your results.  

 

Can you have your labs drawn anywhere?

​If you have a preferred lab draw location other than Lab Corp please request at your appointment and we will send your order home with you. 

​

Can I request additional labs?

Yes, you can if discussed in your appointment.  

 

How do I get a refill on my prescription?

Please call your pharmacy and have them fax over a refill request if a current medication. Please allow 24-48 hours for refill request.

Do you need an appointment for a massage?

​​Yes, massages are schedule by appointment only. 

​

Do you need an appointment for Aesthetics?

​​Yes, Aesthetics are schedule by appointment only. 

​

Do you need an appointment for IV's?

​​Yes, IV's are schedule by appointment only.

Can you buy supplements online or in office?

You can buy supplements in office or click on the supplement shop above.  That tab will take you directly to our full script account.

If you are unable to get in, to see our nurse practitioners, during our office hours and are ill or in need of medical care.  We encourage you to seek medical help at a nearby immediate care center or emergency room.
