Please allow yourself enough time to locate our office and arrive a few minutes early to update your patient information. For first-time visits, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary new patient paperwork.  If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can provide the best care without rushing your experience or medical concerns.
